"hold on to your seat"
because this thriller goes and trrurns many ways leaving you breathless. I could not stop listening to it.
"an eye opener about how our elite Seals work"
and how our goverment hinders the soliders in the war. The Seals are dispatched to do the work but they must wait for orders to shoot. If it is war then let the guys do their jobs and stop this micro management. Plus, I read this book after Chris was murdered at his home in Texas, so it made this all the sadder for me. The Narrator tried to get the southern accent down but it sounded phoney and just not good at all. The book was good, and I was glad to be able
to read this accounting of the Seals life. The one thing that really disturbs me is the Hazing that goes on. Why does that still go on?
"just could not get in to this"
did not grab my atention, and was boring. I hope is someone has a better opinion they will post it. I could not finsih this one.
"Perfect!"
Does Ken follett ever write something boring? He researches his work to minute detail and delivers a winner every time. This will not let you down.
"edge of your seat"
and kept my attention all the way to the end. Very intense! You will not want to get out of your car!
"Held my intrest all the way through."
This story line focuses on the sister of Maggie. Fast. quick witted, and suprise after suprise! You will enjoy. this is a romance/historical novel. I would not recomend this to guys because of that.
"excellent third book of a trilogy"
with rich Irish culture story line. This book was a bit predictible but enjoyable all the same. I enjoyed the futher developement of the characters; each book of the trilogy builds on the next.
"alot of action, very interesting and sometimes"
on the edge of your seat thriller, this listen was excellent and proved to be worth every minute listening. I felt the ending was sorta just hurried up, but over all excellent.
"thrilling and on the edge of seat exciting!"
James Patterson is on top of his game with this one. very breath holding, exciting. I did not want it to end.
"just could not get in to this at all."
did not keep my interest, seemed choppy, and I could not finish it. maybe if I tried again but for right now, no.
"facinating and interesting"
to "view" the 9-1-1 attacks as a hearing only person, and to understand exactly a guide dog works,; remarkable. I enjoyed this book very much but I felt the author repeating everything again at the end was too much. It was like he did not want to end this book so he kept going on and on. I would recommend this listen. It is worth the listen.
