Annajane Hudgens truly believes she is over her ex-husband, Mason Bayless. They’ve been divorced for four years, she’s engaged to a new, terrific guy, and she’s ready to leave the small town where she and Mason had so much history. She is so over Mason that she has absolutely no problem attending his wedding to the beautiful, intelligent, delightful Celia. But when fate intervenes and the wedding is called to a halt as the bride is literally walking down the aisle, Annajane begins to realize that maybe she’s been given a second chance.

    Any additional comments?

This was a cute story set in small town North Carolina. I really enjoyed the way Andrews brought the characters to life. I didn't want to put the book down.

After a slow summer of chasing low-level skips for her cousin Vinnie's bail bonds agency, Stephanie Plum finally lands an assignment that could put her checkbook back in the black. Geoffrey Cubbin, facing trial for embezzling millions from Trenton's premier assisted-living facility, has mysteriously vanished from the hospital after an emergency appendectomy. Now it's on Stephanie to track down the con man. Unfortunately, Cubbin has disappeared without a trace, a witness, or his money-hungry wife. Rumors are stirring that he must have had help with the daring escape...or that maybe he never made it out of his room alive.

What did you like best about Notorious Nineteen? What did you like least?

I have read/listened to all of the Stephanie Plum series and was excited to listen to this one. It was an easy listen but not much different than her last few books.

What was most disappointing about Janet Evanovich’s story?

Notorious Nineteen is right along with the last three books in the Stephanie Plum series...Just Okay. No big thrills here.
