If you like the Godfather books this is a must listen.

I liked the development of the characters that only had bit parts in the movies. Some character I don't remember at all from the movies.

The story was not very believable. The characters were weak.

For me it was like a one hour TV drama. It had a weak story that had to be glued together by convenient events that just flowed together without any story development.

The narrator was very good in this book. I cannot think of a better narrator for this story. The story was also very good.

I like stories that make you think and worry about the character. I don't like Rambo type books where the main character is a black belt in karate, happens to be an excellent marksman, and is an undercover secret agent. This book has none of that. It is a story of a kid trying to deal with life and relationships. The main character is well developed and presented. It is worth your time.

My first Grisham book, but not my last.

It is the story of a girl who survives the murder of her entire family. It is told by her, so she would have to be the favorite character.

I don't like stories that cop out with characters that just happen to be real life super heroes.Not the cartoon type, but ones that just happen to be overly smart, sharp shooters, rich etc..

What was the plot? This was just a collection of erotic sex scenes. If your looking for a lot of erotic sex scenes go for it. If you are looking for a story with a plot skip it.
