This book was definitely worth listening to. I've read and listened to all of Emily Giffin's books and this is easily my favorite. The story is so grripping you don't want to stop listening!

The narrator was perfect for this story.

I would reccomend this book to anyone looking for a good read. This book isn't for someone looking for a profound read, it's more of a "hey why not" read. I actually downloaded the second book to this series and hopefully it's a long the same lines. The author is imaginative.

A solid 9 out of 10.

Great plot, not at all predictable. I defintely liked out descriptive the author was, it made you feel like you were there in the story.

No because the audio book was like 18 hours. But I did listen for long periods of time!

This book had a great plot, it took me a little bit to get to the exciting parts, but once it unfolded it was gripping. I definitely want to read more of this authors books. I be er would ave seen that ending coming!

Very interesting story, may seem slow to some, but I liked it. I thought this story had a great plot line and definitely wasn't predictable! Now I'm interested in the rest of the books by Laura Lippman. I would def reccomend this book.

Yes it definitely did! Right when the story began I was hooked. The plot is intriguing and well thought out.

I originally looked up listeners favorites and this one popped up, so I wanted to see for myself. This story did not disappoint, and is worth the listen l I normally don't listen to a book for hours straight, but I actually found myself listening straight through the first download! I'm very happy I purchased this book and I would highly recommend it .

I must say I am not super into predictable love stories, but this one was not at all what I thought it would be. From the first few minutes of listening to it up until the end , I was entertained! The story of a woman with a "secret" who tries to rebuild her life but also finds a friend... possibly something more was great. The ending had me tearing up a little (which rarely happens). I would definitely reccomend this audio book! Just to be clear this IS NOT a predictable story, I just thought it might be at first.

I have to say that I got this book on a whim last week because it seemed to have an interesting story line and because I was interested that the author was also the voice ( I assumed who better than the author to read the book exactly how it was meant to be). I have to be honest by first saying I was a little confused in the beginning of the story, and because of that I was about to write this auido book off. I'm glad I didnt, because as I was about 40 mins in the story line started coming together. Just like when I'm reading a really good paper back I found myself finding excuses to continue listening ( I usually listen to my auidobooks when I'm driving or cleaning). Needless to say this audio was not at all what I expected, it went above and beyond my expectations. I just finished it tonight and I had to go online to see what other books she wrote. Funny enough I realized I had actually bought one of her cd audiobooks a few years back! I loved this book and I cant wait to listen to the next one! I would definitely reccommend this audio book!
