The initial performers showed a lot of promise for a good book. Yet the later performers were the same old tired readers.
I learned in high school english that every story must have a climax and a conclusion. Not only were these missing, but there was no segway from the first book to tie in the two. With a year between books, my memory failed to identifiy who the protagolenists were and their relivance to the story. I will not wait for the third book to find out what happened in this nonsensical ending.
The new ones were refreshing; the old one were tired.
It was a waste of time and I felt cheated.
Orson Scott Card seems to have grown arrogant with an established career. He is too wrapped up in his own stories without regard for readers to get the conclusion. I won't be suckered again.
