I'm so glad I listened to this book instead of actually reading it. Having multiple narrators is always appreciated, but the additions of dramatic music and great character voices make this one of the best Audio books I've listened to. Highly Recommended!

I wanted to read this book because I saw a preview for the movie and it looked interesting. I was so bored with this audiobook. I don't know if it was the story or the narrator, but I just couldn't get into it. Very disappointing, I don't even care to see the movie now.

I was a bit reluctant to read this book, but when I heard they might make it a movie I thought I'd give it a try. This book is amazing! The story is incredibly written and the narration is absolutely perfect. I can't say anything bad about this book.

This is the third book I have read by Kate Morton, and it is probably my least favorite of the three.I found the story extremely interesting, but slow at parts. The book is great, and the narration is pleasant. If you like this book I HIGHLY recommend you read the other 2 as well. She is an amazing Author.

I expected this book to be a lot more dramatic. Instead it's just the story of a girl who grows up in the palaces of Rome. I found the characters hard to follow and the plot really slow. It did get more interesting towards the end, but it's a lot to get through. It was interesting enough to finish, and the factual evidence in the end made the story worth reading.
