I have never been so touched and enlightened. There is so much truth delivered here. I would highly recommend this book.
Engaging! Entertaining! A would be page turner if this had been a book.
the consistency of the narration as it pertained to the voice of the individual characters as the trilogy progressed.
Mikeal and lizbeth.
I found this book gooooooooooooood! I couldn't stop listening. The main villain was so humanly real that I swear that I knew him personally --hated him. This is great Stephen King --I love it when his monsters are of a human ilk.
This is a wonderfully told stories within a story that takes one on a journey through the turn of the century. I loved it --a very visual narrative. Each individual story as rich, sad,and deep as the one that came before. Ms. Naylor has captivated me just as she'd done with The Women of Brewster Place. This book was worth every penny spent.
David Sedaris is very entertaining. The audio is crisp and he delivers his performance very well --I never tired of listening to him.
