    I really enjoyed this book. I downloaded it and played it during work while I keyed spent time keying and reading my emails. It made my day go by quicker and I found I really enjoyed it. I listen to it many times since I downloaded it. Wonderful!

    I never believed in this self hypnosis stuff, but I have been so stressed and my free credit with audible I thought I would try it. I tried it for the first time last night. I could not believe how good I felt during and the next morning just from my first night. I can not wait to use it again tonight. I even have three other colleagues at work that are going to download it and try it. They all said how well rested and energetic I seemed this morning. Try it, what have you got to lose but stress. I know this is to help metabolism, being only using it one night I can not comment, but I am looking forward to being stress free at the least.
