    Ugh. Despite a lot of promise this book falls short due to the poor narration. The reader will read one line, pause, read the next line, pause, etc. It was simply impossible to listen to as the herky-jerky reading makes you want to pull out your hair.

    On the other hand, if you prefer a story line, mystery, romance and even a little bit of action move on to another selection.

    I knew I was in trouble when the entire drive home (45 minutes) was spent in an over-wrought description of LA. Yikes. Scott Brick is not the right narrator for this book. There is drama in every single word.
    The description reads great, the book doesn't.
