"Entertaining"
This is a very entertaining series. Good to keep interest but not too deep to require a lot of attention.
"Spectacular!!"
This book rates at the top of my Audible listens and I have listened to many over the years. History, culture, action, told so well that I truly did not want it to end.
"Very good listen"
Not quite as entertaining for me as Walt Longmire series but never the less very well written and nice storyline. I was sure the weasels were authentic.
"Reacher always good"
Lee Child's Jack Reacher books are always well written and entertaining with plenty of action. Never disappointed
"Simple incredable story"
Just a simple story written by a master and narrated superbly. Hemingway wastes no words in his beautiful writing. Any writer today should study Hemingway's beautifully efficient use of words. Many or today's best selling books would be much shorter and much better.
"Very entertaining"
Meant for younger audience, but not juvenile enough to knock off a star. Entertaining with an original storyline. Will be waiting the next installment.
"Wonderful Book"
I ceased listening to this book after a very disturbing incidence. Decided to continue and very glad I did. Very well written book. One I will never forget. Allows one to get the feel of Afghanistan before Russia destroyed the society. One of few that I plan on listening to again.
"Great biography"
This is a very entertaining well researched biography of one of the most important men in history. The influence Genghis Khan had on history and shaping the civilized world is without peer. He literally conquered and reformed Europe and Asia. Read this book whether you like history or just a wonderfully entertaining well researched book.
"Five star pulp fiction"
Probably have nightmares giving this five stars. This is a very long pure low rent pulp fiction novel filled with corny cliches that make you cringe. Why five stars? For me it did exactly what, I hope, the author intended, It entertained me. I loved the listen and even came to expect and enjoy the cheesy cliches and over the top story line. Not sure how Correia found a publisher with enough foresite (and guts?) to publish these novels but I am glad he did.
"Great book by King"
I love most of King's books however he tends to become verbose in most. This book was much better than other longer novels by King, in my opinion, written with less repetition and rambling. One of my favorite of Kings novels. Frank Muller did a fantastic job narrating.
"Masterpiece"
I read the book many years ago and had forgotten how good it was. Great character development and very good story. Interesting how this book has not become dated by technology. Herbert has written a book for the ages.
