I have listened four times now. On the first morning, I decided to go into it very open minded & wanting it to work. My results that day were amazing. The other mornings I've listened, I've had things on my mind and didn't lend myself fully to the audio. I do think it works if you let it. His voice is calm & gentle; don't know why anyone complains about that aspect. I liked it enough, I've bought more of his stuff.
Listed at an hour and 40 minutes long, most of it is spent in music, and not really anything "Viking" in nature. The narrarator talks in bits and pieces, putting the "story" together, but it's pieced together so slowly that it becomes uninteresting.
From 1 hr. 21 min. on, it is a totally different subject that doesn't have anything to do with "The Viking Serpent," rather deals in Native American information.
Can I have my money back?!!!
The description should say this this audio is NOT for beginners or persons who are rather out of shape. I figured since I've been spending time on a treadmill, that this workout would be good for me. Turns out, it's way too intense for my level. I'd say this is for people who are, at the very least, moderately fit.
