    I believe this book should be a must read for every person who calls themself a Christian. There is no formula, or answers as to how become a devoted follower of Christ, in this book. But Kevin Roose could tell the difference if you were or were not one.
    I really enjoyed the friendships he made along the way, and the care his own family showed while he was at Liberty.
    His genuine care for his classmates was what got to my heart! You must read this book, to at least see how it ends. We as believers might spend less time with the SHOW, and more of the matters of the heart!

    Because of the negative comments of the narrator I almost didn't purchase this book. I did because I really enjoy Donald Miller's writing.
    I loved this book! I did not notice anything wrong with the narrator, because the story was that good!!
    I highly recommend this book to anyone who longs for an adventure, and too afraid to begin one.

    All decent parents want to do what's best for their children. What Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother reveals is that the Chinese just have a totally different idea of how to do that. Western parents try to respect their children's individuality, encouraging them to pursue their true passions and providing a nurturing environment. The Chinese believe that the best way to protect your children is by preparing them for the future and arming them with skills, strong work habits, and inner confidence.
