When I picked out this book I was afraid that the sales advise would be outdated, after all Mr. Carnegie died in 1955. The information wasn't outdated at all, actually there was some good information and useful examples. I get something new out of the book each time I listen to it.
Don't waste your time, money or credits on this one. There is nothing new or insightful here.
Mr. Fox gets right to the point no messing around. I learned alot about what I can do better when meeting with clients and following up on leads. I can't wait for my next sales presentation to use some of his recommendations. I would highly recommend this book to anyone in sale. Using Mr. Fox's recommendations you will results.
I thought the book would be funnier with more insight. All I got out of it was a headache. I am surprised someone (Al) can go through life with such a negative attitude. I probably won't purchase another of his books again.
I thought the book helpful for experienced and new managers alike. Mr. Maxwell clearly stated each of the 21 Laws and backed them up with useful examples. I recommend this book to anyone who is starting a new leadership role, or looking for ways to increase their effecitvenss in their current role.
