Five days after Owen Zastava Pitt pushed his insufferable boss out of a 14th story window, he woke up in the hospital with a scarred face, an unbelievable memory, and a job offer. It turns out that monsters are real. All the things from myth, legend, and B-movies are out there, waiting in the shadows. Some of them are evil, and some are just hungry. Monster Hunter International is the premier eradication company in the business. And now Owen is their newest recruit.

You have got to read it. AND I am pretty sure the end set us up for a sequel.
Creativity I enjoyed, would get to a destination in my car and sit to listen just a little while longer.
The hero Pitt, he is wonderful and gets the , well, don't want to spoil it.
A few clever twists in the story you will enjoy.

When you have to kill the same terrorist twice in one week there’s either something wrong with your world or something wrong with your skills - and there’s nothing wrong with Joe Ledger’s skills. And that’s both a good and a bad thing. It’s good because he’s a Baltimore detective who has just been secretly recruited by the government to lead a new task force created to deal with the problems that Homeland Security can’t handle....

Kim Venatries says: "Yes! It IS that good. Five stars and more."

The reader is absolutely my favorite.
The plot thickens every chapter, the hero is a character you definitely want on your side.
    Love this book series.

Deep in the Rocky Mountains, a gruesome discovery - hundreds of mummified bodies - stirs international attention and fervent controversy. Despite doubts to the bodies' origins, the local Native American Heritage Commission lays claim to the prehistoric remains, along with the strange artifacts found in the same cavern: gold plates inscribed with an unfathomable script.

I have read ALL his books, this being my first audio.
I find my face mimicing the charachters more than four times an hour.
Mr. Rollins story lines are credible and actually do teach some science. My favorite book will always be "Amazonia" it was my first introduction of this wonderful Author.

Quentin and his friends are now the kings and queens of Fillory, but the days and nights of royal luxury are starting to pall. After a morning hunt takes a sinister turn, Quentin and his old friend Julia charter a magical sailing ship and set out on an errand to the wild outer reaches of their kingdom. Their pleasure cruise becomes an adventure when the two are unceremoniously dumped back into the last place Quentin ever wants to see: his parent's house in Chesterton, Massachusetts.

I loved this book and Book 1
It is a somewhat dark book. I know there are meanings within meaning for the reader.
Is this one persons imagination or dream.
    But the ride is fun.
