this was my 1st book in this series and it was awesome. i will be purchasing more.
when James' son found his fiance in bed with his best friend
my favorite character was James
i did listen to it in one setting. couldn't put it down.
I would. For me, listening to the audio edition tends to bring the book to life.
At first, I didn't care for his voice, however the story line was brilliant and it made bearable to listen to him.
When Matthew came back home.
great book. can't wait for the next one and maybe we will hear more about Dylan Whitfield Black.
Funny, Tear-Jerker, and well written
I would compare this book to A Day Late and A Dollar Short.
No I hadn't however she was a fresh of breath air for this story. Wonderful narration.
I was very sad about Joy. That was devastating.
I have always enjoyed J.D.Robb's books. This one was lacking. Eve's attitude with the man that helped Mavis was irritating. this book bored me to tears. I normally finish a book in a day. It has taken me 2 days to listen to this one and I am still trying to finish it. I am also very tired of hearing about Eve's childhood. Can't we have one book where we do not have to hear about all the crazy. Let's move in a different direction. She is too judgmental and a hypocrite in this book. Not a good read at all!
No, I still like these types of books. I just don't like this one at all
I love Susan Ericksen. She's not the problem. Just the writing.
Can Eve move on and enjoy her life as it has become? Can we have a story line that doesn't wrap around Christmas. All of them seem to. There are other holidays...I don't want the series to end, but can she have a baby and we see how she responds to having her own family?
yes. this was a great book. both authors wrote awesome stories.
in the 1st story, i loved the way she was came out on top after all the pain she went through. in the 2nd story i loved the part at the end. that was awesome.
the way they change their voices to show the differences in each character.
a different story line. the story dragged on too long about nonsense and never really came together for me.
any book not by Kimberla.
her voice was very monotone.
all the scenes about the behind the scenes details of their jobs.
i think the audio version is better than the print version.
yes it did.
i have heard him on all of the shane scully series and his voice is captivating.
