I enjoy books by A.J. Jacobs, and have listened to all of them and enjoyed them all. This one did not disappoint and is one of my favorites of his books. I am glad that he narrated it himself, which makes it even better.
Most of us need to get healthier, and this book was a fun way to learn healthier habits. It helps by wading through the current health info out there and make sense of it. And A. J. doesn't just tell us, he tries it for us!
Enjoyed the first book, Darwin's Radio, and enjoyed the Darwin's Children just as much.
Good book, it went by quickly. I hope there will be another book that continues the story....
Shatner continues to entertain. He is a fireball at 80, with a great sense of humor. It is an enjoyable journey with Bill.
Good book, kept me intrigued through to the end. I didn't want it to end and was glad there was a sequel.
Somewhat interesting book, but was not really very intriguing. Good if you have insomnia and need some help falling asleep.
The rest of this review is blank, just like her Mothers journals.
Enjoyed the story and the characters plus the narration was good also. It is a short book, but well done.
I recommend this book. It provided interesting information, which was presented well. Worth the credit!
Did not like this one, I struggled to finish it. I was hoping it would get better but it did not.
Not sure what I was expecting or why I selected this book, but it was not very good. It was a bad choice. The narrator was fine, the book, not so much.
I bought this because it had such great reviews, and they were right. Great book which I enjoyed listening to.
Great book! Great story! Great performance!
Definitely worth listening too. I highly recommend.
