Alexander Price has survived gorgons, basilisks, and his own family - no small feat considering that his family includes two telepaths, a reanimated corpse, and a colony of talking, pantheistic mice. Still, he's starting to feel like he's got the hang of things - at least until his girlfriend, Shelby Tanner, shows up asking pointed questions about werewolves and the state of his passport.

Shaun says: "Interesting story despite Aussi stereotypes"
    "Shelby's parents not worth knowing."

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

no,Shelby's parents and the rest of the 36 are rude, bigots, and shallow ppl,the way Alex was treated,he should have turned around and went home 5 mins after meeting them.it ruined the book....not worth reading

What do you think your next listen will be?

    maybe something by Jaye Wells

What three words best describe Ray Porter’s voice?

    All Time Best.

Did Pocket Apocalypse inspire you to do anything?

no nothing nice,Just go back to States...

    Any additional comments?

McGuire really let down fans with this one...Not sure I'd take the chance on another one of her books...
