I bought this book and couldn't open it because it requested my Apple password to authorize it. Then it wouldn't accept mypassword. Then I tried the chat with Audible's help chat. After a half hour of useless advice, I asked to speak with a live person. I was told the customer service center opens tomorrow at 9 am. Since I will be at work using a different computer tomorrow morning, that's not much good to me. Then I asked for a refund. I would rather not have my time wasted with help that is useless.
