I can't find one thing that I don't love about this book. The narrator has the perfect voice for this book, which is very well written and non assuming. Whether your are or are not a Buddhist, you should listen to this book. I have studied Buddhism for years but still learned some wonderful things from this book! Excellent!

Suspend your doubts and listen to the content. It took quite a while for me to get beyond my doubts that Ester really is channelling a spirit. Even today, I am not comfortable with her contention. However, I am open minded and believe that if you can suspend your doubts and listen to the message, you will find this book to be excellent.
Great insights and great commentary. This is the only LOA book that addressed some truly challenging questions.
I would recommend this book to any with an open mind and who is ready to listen deeply

This was a pretentious book by a pretentious author about a pretentious subject matter. Vitale is not at all believable. Of all the people who emerged after the success of "The Secret," Vitale is the one who should give it up and accept the fact that he is only out for money.

I gave this two stars for one reason: I realized that I have a healthy self esteem after listening to this. The narrator is terrible and could lead a depressed person deeper into the abyss of sorrow. The content is nothing new and can be summarized into ten seconds: "To change you life, change your thoughts. Stop negative self talk and learn to appreciate your life, one piece at a time."

I have listened to Myss's other works and was excited about listening to this one. I was let down. In fact, I had to force myself to finish Part One but will not finish part two unless I have nothing else to do and am extraordinarily bored

This is a classic book that deserved a much better reading than is presented in this audio book. To me, it seems that the reader just wanted to "get it done." He is boring and emotionless. Buy the book and read it or listen to this audio version and be so bored that you risk missing its message!

A born again Christian. If you are, then you'll love it. If not, then it is useless

This is the second time I bought this audio book. I bought it years ago but gave it away and often times wished I still had it. The book is good but I wish Dyer didn't give the affirmations. Though the affirmations are good sometimes, they are often times distracting. All in all a solid book and deeply spiritual

All in all, this is a great book. The reason I give it only 4 stars is that yo have to listen to a lot of info that may or may not pertain to you and the supplements and meds he talks have complex names. A certain must read for anyone interested in true self growth and a better understanding of their brain

I could make this a rather lengthy review but instead, I will just say that this book is awesome. Many may be turned off for the first part as it seems like going back to Biology class. But the first part is needed to support the claims made later in the book. And the claims are big, however, entirely feasible. Great book
