"A disappointing rehash of an old classic."
no... I think there are better works by these authors
Very disappointing. It had none of the usual magic that makes her books so compelling. Very bland
good read and good depth in the characters. very easy to build a picture in your mind
No. this story was flossed out to the extremes just to make it as long as it was. it wasn't done well and a follow up would just be ridiculous.
"Fantastic Epic Story.. Really drags you in."
i liked the believability of the characters
Awesome narration. really brings depth to the different characters and emotion to the story. He really engages your mind and its quite easy to sink into the story for hours.
"Mediocre"
story seemed to drag on a bit but i couldn't say if that was due to the plot or the almost monotone reading.
"Confronting but very enjoyable and unpredictable"
yes, Its well read and very interesting and entertaining
the comparison of stories at the end.
the accents of the characters. Brilliant representation
the end, when he's safe but hoarding food compulsively
"No always means no. Disappointing themes"
The main Character seems to be involved with a guy who doesn't seem to take no for an answer.... seem pretty standard but, the aggression portrayed and the way he forces her... No always means no. not themes I think should be promoted in society and not something i thought i would find in one of Nora's books.
not portrayed the relationship between the lead characters as being one that borders on abusive.
"Best Reading Ever!!!"
Best read by far... only half n hour in and it was obvious this guy would bring the story alive and give personality and colour to all the characters.
best performance I have heard yet. He gives all the characters personality and brings the story alive.
yes
"Exceptionally Long Winded."
maybe... if you are a fan of the genre, perhaps you would enjoy it but.... its a very long winded story that doesn't seem to go anywhere or have a real end point or climax.
I sped it up just to finnish it but still didn't really get into it.
