"Steven has a unique way with way with words!"
Getting to know Stephen as a person rather than just a lead singer. He has true emotion and feelings. His musical talent goes so much deeper than singing vocals for Aerosmith.
I had no idea he had been in and out of treatment so many times and so recenlty even.
The way different music effected him and brought back memories.
I actually wish it would have been Steven Tylor doing the performance.
Hi! My name is Stephen and I am an . He's done it all!
I wish since this was an audio book, that everytime they referenced another song, a songwriter, a singer or anything like that that they could have played a bit of it. That would have made this audio book over the top!
"Really enjoyed this story"
This is not the usual type of novel I would read but I really enjoyed this story. Very funny, actually laugh out loud at times. Entertaining and a unique story line. Basically, the guy becomes the grim reaper. Loved it!
"My absolute favorite book I've ever read!"
This was one of those books you just dug your teeth into and forsaked all sleep, dishes, family and laundry to finish. This and "Water fro Elephants" are my two very favorite books. I am always looking for the next book that will compare. I haven't found it yet!
"My 11 year old daughter LOVES this series"
My 11 year old daughter listens to the audio version while simultaneously reading the book. She is obsessed. I really enjoyed the book as well. I read it first to make sure it was appropriate for her. It doesn't have any sex and hardly any swearing and has a very strong independent female lead, Catness. My daughter and I have had many conversations about reality TV and how people do and say things on TV that they might not do in real life. If you can get over the main story line of kids trying to kill each other to stay alive and to win a reality TV show, this is an excellent story for younger readers and my daughter has plowed through all of the books and is on #3 already. Completely obsessed. Better this than Twilight in my opinion!!
"An amusing story that may have already been told"
I have followed Bethenny Frankel since Housewives. I've always enjoyed everything she has ever said and done. This book is written as fictional but is clearly based on her life. It allows you to see where her anxieties comes from and why she is always so driven.
It was an entertaining book with Bethenny's sense of humor and funny take on the world and people in it.
I felt as though I knew where the story was going from the very beginning and I was right. No big surprises and the story line was OK. Watching Bethany Ever After, I feel as though I know the story line for part two already. It's not the best book I've ever read but if you like Bethany, you will like the book.
"Allot of statistics to keep up with."
Yes because it is interesting and proves the point that essentially anyone can come up with any statistic they want if they dig deep enough.
The part about the abortion vs crime rate.
na
It rattles off so many statistics that it requires your full concentration to listen to. It is good information but can be slightly overwhelming.
"A very dark story that doesn't seem over yet."
Dark, scary and sad
The Room because the stories are so similiar.
She was very honest and told you everything you thought you wanted to know and things you didn't want to know.
I had to put it down at times because it was quite graphic.
This is a true story. That alone is tough to get over. Jaycee went through many very tough years and was deprived of too many years of her life. I want to hug and her and help her to have a normal life here on out. I want her to be happy and in charge of her own destiny for the rest of her life. I want her to have many reasons to smile in her future. I wish her freedom and hapiness.I agree that sex offenders need to be kept a close eye on and had this been done, she would not have had to endure the torturous life she endured.
"Great explanation of how and why it happens"
It puts a biblical twist on the scientific reasons for PMS and premenopause. It explains why diet is so crucial to avoid PMS. How different foods effect your different hormones and how hormones can get out of whack by being deficient in something. It reinforces and explains WHY you want to eat healthy instead of just telling you to eat healthy. It encourages you to "Eat closer to the Garden of Eden".
"I love listening to her voice"
I wish I could have had the PDF doc that was supposed to accompany the book. I enjoy Frankel and her say it like it is attitude. Now, if I could only put her words to truth. It's abook worth listening to over and over.
