Do the wizards interviewed have skill, or are they just lucky? We'll never know unless the author does a followup study a couple of decades from now. In either case, very little information presented in the book will help the average trader.

A guide to logical thinking and alalysis of data that should be required reading for everyone. Covers somewhat different territory from that first plowed by Freakonomics and Super Freakonomics, but just as insightful.

If you haven't been exposed to this information before, this is a must listen. If you have, it is still interesting and entertaining.

I've also listened to Muller's book "Physics for Future Presidents," which I loved, and this one is just as good. Muller always presents all valid sides of controversial topics, uses all the evidence to arrive at the most logical conclusions, and them states them as his opinions. This should be required reading for both the right and left sides of the political spectrum.

Very entertaining and well written. Maybe even better than their first book. I learned many new things.

If you'd appreciate a detailed history of the life of Darwin, then you'd rate this book higher than I did. But most of us would probably prefer a book half as long with less Darwin biography. Most of the widely spaced ideas are excellent, but I was terribly bored with most of the book.

As an independent, liberal leaning reader, I tried hard to listen to this. The author's use of biased language, straw man arguments, and disregard for the facts made that impossible. Don't waste your time on this skreed.

The title says it all. The author presents well reasoned, well documented arguments about how the average citizen is losing out to special interests.

Krugman brilliantly explains and documents how we will all be better off in the long run and short run by unfreezing the economy by embracing the time honored principles of Keynesian economics. A must read.
