I have an addiction to Audio books. What I can't get at the library, I come to Audible and they are always having a sale. I have way more audiobooks than I could possible listen to in over 3 years, but I can't help but adding to my collection and I read a little of everything but mostly romance and paranormal goodies.

"I'd rather face a dozen lethal assassins any night than deal with something as tricky, convoluted, and fragile as my feelings. But here I am. Gin Blanco, the semi-retired assassin known as the Spider. Hovering outside sexy businessman Owen Grayson's front door like a nervous teenage girl. One thing I like about Owen: he doesn't shy away from my past - or my present. And right now I have a bulls-eye on my forehead."

An okay series but the author repeats description and the narrator is very monotone so sometimes I find myself nodding off. Gin is a very inept assassin, she barely manages to scrape out of the situations she gets herself into, all without any preplanning at all on her part. She is just lucky she has an air element to patch her back up, otherwise she would have been dead long before now. On a positive note the love interest is much more interesting and likable than the first. Anyway I bought the whole series with a sale, on a whim that I would like it and as to date it is touch in go. Good enough to continue since I paid good money, but one I am more reluctant to listen to. I know that I may get negative reviews for my opinion but then again I might save someone from making the same mistake I did by buying the whole thing. Always listen to the first book before buying the whole series, even if they are on sale.

Man did this book fly by fast. Which usually means it is awesome. Funny and loveable characters. I already downloaded the next book, especially since it was just over $7. Narrator was good, except the voice she had for the girl during the sex scene was a little bizarre and not sexy. My only problem is there are only two out on audible right now and I will have to wait for the author to write more. If you love the paranormal romance stuff get this book, it is worth your money and time.

Navy SEAL Mitchell Shaw woke up one morning with no clue as to who he was.And the items hidden in his possession were no help: an address, along with a .22 caliber side arm. The address led him to the Lazy 8 Ranch - and its beautiful manager, Becca Keyes, who made him believe he might have a future. Even if he wasn’t sure about his past. The gun was another story altogether....

Another good addition to the Tall, Dark and Dangerous series. It does get better with each book. A sweet romance, very little mystery. Defiantly read the series in order due to the fact the characters intertwine in the books. Read Troubleshooters series, they will suck you in and you will become obsessed with finishing them.

An okay start to a series, but I still have my feelers out to see if it a keeper for the whole series. A friend at work suggested it to me, she loved it. I thought it was not a bad start but I'm not sure quite yet. I will read the next one and see how it goes, hopefully there will be a sale. Story line has potential although I didn't feel overly connected to the characters and they did stupid things that annoyed me. Spoilers ahead --- Ok first off, how dumb can a woman be when she believes a man when they say "I can't make you pregnant and I'm disease free" when they barely know each other. You and I know he can't but why does she believe when she thinks he is a human… dumb, dumb, dumb. Second off, I don't understand the whole cutting herself, and then making it seem like it is natural because she is a breed mate. It may be only me but that is messed up and was not necessary to enhance the storyline, especially since that seemed to be the only way she was able to get him, not cool. And I have a hard time with her being taken away from her life and she is okay with it, and basically grovels to Lucan, even after she finds out he had broken into her house at the beginning and molested her when she wasn't aware of it being real. Narrator was fine overall, but her Spanish accent sucked.

Funny and Quirky, one catastrophe after another. I have listened to all the books by this series except the last one, because the last couple books sucked big time. But the first 15 are awesome. The narrator is okay and I luckily have the ability to ignore the narrator if I have to in order to enjoy the book. The later books are read by Lorelei King who does an awesome job.

This book is way more detailed than the movie. I know lots of people didn't like the movie, unfortunately I have a love for B rated monster movies so I like the movie. I like the book even better. I have worked my way through book 4 in this series now and I enjoyed all of them. This book was written over 20 years which makes it somewhat dated. There is a sit on the edge of your seat feeling throughout. Don't listen to the abridged version it sucks. Reliquary is an extension of this book, it starts off exactly where this one left off. Another awesome book by this author is The Timex, it is sort of a Indiana Jones type book.

Number-one New York Times best-selling author Charlaine Harris has won numerous awards for her Sookie Stackhouse Southern Vampire series, which has been adapted into the hit HBO show True Blood. In this 13th and final book, a murder rocks the town of Bon Temps and Sookie is arrested for the crime. After making bail, she sets out to clear her name - but her investigation only leads to more deaths.

    A somewhat spoiler alert-
I have enjoyed Sookie's books immensely, I will admit the last few have been lagging and I believe that an end to the series is good thing. This book was good, but not Charlaine Harris's best. I will admit I'm a huge fan of Eric but I am not surprised in the way this book ended. Sookie has always wanted kids, and has professed to not wanting to be a vampire. At the end I was ready to strangle Eric, so not a huge disappointment from my end how that ended. Plus from the beginning there has been tension between Sam and Sookie, in fact in the first book I was rooting for Sam and not Bill (whom I have always disliked for his passive aggressiveness.) I miss having Bubba in the book. Of course there is always True Blood to look forward to, where the only thing sparkly is Lafayette.

I enjoyed this book very much although there was not a lot of plot, a slight mystery but more romance. It was a fast paced and easy listen. I was disappointed to find out this was the only book Audible has in this series that is recorded. After looking up the authors web page I discovered there are more books in this series, at least 6 more, hopefully they will come out on audio soon. Warning some of the sex is taboo so, if you don't like that kind a thing steer away from this book. Narrator was good, easy to listen to.

Read in order and don't forget the naked werewolf stories also by Molly Harper. I also enjoyed her other vamp books in Half Moon Hollow.

There were lots of reviewers who didn't like the fact that Scarlett was the main focus of this book and didn't have Cinder as the main focus. I enjoyed this book even more than the first and can't wait for the next, Scarlett was a great addition. It is a young adult book and I tend towards the naughty adults stuff but I think all can enjoy this book. It has fantasy, sci-fi, romance and political war. I enjoyed the narrator, and I really enjoyed it when she did Scarlett's voice with the slight accent. I defiantly will be getting the next one, hopefully it won’t take too long to come out.

A great start to a new series, the time flew by while listening. In a way this audio reminds of The Hunger Games but darker. The story is different but it has the same feel. It is a fantasy world loosely based the Dark Ages with magic. There is only a small amount of romance so not sure why it is harlequin, but it is defiantly not a teenage book because it has some references to rape. I will be buying the remaining books in the series and if they work out I will be buying the rest of the books from this author. Great narration.
