"Joyous Story"
Struggle Discovery Fulfillment
I was mesmerized by Jane's story and by her telling of it. The transitions in her life and personal growth are a joy to behold. It's lovely to "see" the real person that allows her character, Sue Sylvester, be both so tough and so soft! I hope many years from now that Jane writes "Happy Accidents: Part Deux"
"Intriguing!"
The illuminating view of small-town Texas life.
I found myself both laughing and crying.
I was mesmerized with the Sissy's story-telling, both written and spoken. At first, I was put off by Sissy's trips far afield into her family's history, but came to understand that everything was important to the picture as a whole. A wonderful picture of small-town life and the high, high value of the experiencing the "ordinary."
"Nice level of suspense"
Yes. I'm partial to audiobooks and I know many others are as well.
Yes, to continue the series. It had a nice level of surprise and suspense, although fairly predictable
Yes, when Rose found out her parents did not care what kind of life she led after she ran away.
