In the heart of Italy, Harvard professor of symbology, Robert Langdon, is drawn into a harrowing world centered on one of history’s most enduring and mysterious literary masterpieces: Dante’s Inferno. Against this backdrop, Langdon battles a chilling adversary and grapples with an ingenious riddle that pulls him into a landscape of classic art, secret passageways, and futuristic science. Drawing from Dante’s dark epic poem, Langdon races to find answers and decide whom to trust...before the world is irrevocably altered.

If Harry Dresden was there, this would have been resolved in half the time and with much better Humour!!!

Compared to all his other books, not his best. Or maybe his writing has not evolved from DC. The story was roughly fast paced, but you do wonder at times, why an art professor is saving the world with the support or multinational government agencies... Didn't like the ending...

In that first volume, we were introduced to the remarkable world of Roshar, a world both alien and magical, where gigantic hurricane-like storms scour the surface every few days and life has adapted accordingly. Roshar is shared by humans and the enigmatic, humanoid Parshendi, with whom they are at war.

I know it is vulgar to swear in a review, but how else do you describe an author who is fast becoming a master (also I am Aussie..). I have loved Sanderson form Elantris & Mistborn through to WOT. He has definitely taken allot of character development from WOT and created a new masterpiece.

I love the Kramer & Reading narrator combination, so many flash backs to WOT. I must admit I had a moment when I first hear Kate's voice as she spoke the final words of one of my favourite characters of all time in WOT (not giving anything else away!).

In a nut shell, Sanderson is awesome & I cannot get enough of his work and you would be crazy to miss out on depth and colour of this story.

In the years since the wave of living death swept the globe, St George and his fellow heroes haven't just kept Los Angeles' last humans alive - they’ve created a real community, a bustling town that's spreading beyond its original walls and swelling with new refugees. But now one of the heroes, perhaps the most powerful among them, seems to be losing his mind. The implacable enemy known as Legion has found terrifying new ways of using zombies as pawns in his attacks.

Would you consider the audio edition of Ex-Communication to be better than the print version?

This book had me hooked, I love the concept, Zombies & Super Heroes!

The first book was not as refined, but Peter is definitely communicating his story much more eloquently now!

In 2005, Dan Bucatinsky and his partner, Don Roos, found themselves in an L.A. delivery room, decked out in disposable scrubs from shower cap to booties, to welcome their adopted baby girl - launching their frantic yet memorable adventures into fatherhood. Two and a half years later, the same birth mother - a heroically generous, pack-a-day teen with a passion for Bridezilla marathons and Mountain Dew - delivered a son into the couple’s arms.

This book is exceptional, it covers topics that most gay and straight couples just don't talk about! As a Dad to be in a gay relationship, finally this is a book that can at least let me know that everyone has great days and days where you are utterly embarrassed! Loved it. Thanks so much for sharing your journey!!

Here, together for the first time, are the shorter works of best-selling author Jim Butcher - a compendium of cases that Harry and his cadre of allies managed to close in record time. The tales range from the deadly serious to the absurdly hilarious.

I held off on this book for a few months after I finished Cold Days to make the wait to the next instalment not as painful. I have to admit that this book gives you such a good insight into some of the other characters in the book, especially the last story. Builds the appreciation for Harry!! Now the wait until the next instalment... Hurry up Jim!!!!

He also possesses raw magical talent and the ability to make objects in his vicinity light as a feather or as heavy as depleted uranium, all with a magical thought. It's no wonder the G-men turn to Jake when they need someoneto go after a suspected killer who has been knocking off banks in a magic-enhanced crime spree.

Fantastic and nothing like what I expected, the series just develops and the third book is great and sad that the series ended. Such a nice change having a book set in the 30's. Really cool, the history, characters and events are all woven through masterfully.

I would, book 1 is just OK... Book 2 gets much better but Volume 3 (the third audio book in the series) is actually really good. Hang in there! :)
