    What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

    that the main character didn't whine throughout the whole book.


    How could the performance have been better?

    the perofrmance was good. the reader was excellant. he just didn't have a lot to work with.


    If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Private: #1 Suspect?

    the main character whining over his lost love and what he was going to do to get out of the mess he was in.

    This story was OK, not great. But the worst part is the narration. I got so tired of hearing "jesse said" or "suitcase said" or "whoever said". When they change character and usually the voice quality, i think that we listeners can figure out who is speaking withouth the SAID for each sentance.
