Dan is great on Video, audio, and in print. His review of others research and his own is painlessly informative.The enhancement of the audio version at the end with Dan doing interviews with the other researchers he wrote about is the best reason to have the audio version.
This books goes against so much conventional wisdom, that you may be tempted to just throw it down. But it makes good sense. This author dispels myths that have held back many children and others. Listen to it, see or hear if it changes your POV.
When working on something myself I find the insights offered by Chip worth a review, a think through. Putting the slip ups and misfortunes into a simple formula box is like an instant Meditation.
What a shame to destroy such a beautiful voice with background music that sounds like someone is playing the radio in a garage and drowns Mr. Jones out. Hopefully the publishers will edit out the music, or at least not waste the talent of such a great preformer.
This is a book, I listen to over and over again in the car. After awhile this really becomes a crucial aid in losing weight. The only negitive comment about this tape is the author's voice. But get past that and the content is well worth it.
