"Love it!"
I would absolutely listen to it again. I love the personality that Mark Tufo gives to the animals. Being able to view the Zombie Fallout from the perspective of animals puts an interesting twist on zombie novels.
I love the animals personalities. I have an awesome mental picture of them as I listen to the story.
Yes I have listened to Sean's performances. I love the changes in his tone to emphasize the personality of each character.
The evil dead or alive are no match for the triumphant trio, Riley, Patches and Ben-Ben!
I want book 3 :)
"AWESOMENESS!"
The personal connection that you are able to make with the characters is amazing. I love to be able to empathize or get a sense of realistic human nature within my fiction stories. I was definitely able to connect with them. I think the biggest asset was that the main character loves his dog which the author, Mark Tufo personally let me know is real. I'll support and author who is a devoted dog lover any day of the week but this is not the only reason I really like this book. In fact I'm on the next in the series after just finishing Book 1 yesterday. I'm excited to get my next morsel of the Zombie Fallout series. :)
I absolutely adore Mike Talbots commitment to his english bulldog Henry. I don't want to give any of the meat and potatoes about the story away so you'll just have to listen and find out what you like best.
Sean is definitely a character. He makes Mike Talbot come to life and not to mention when he reads for the other characters. His voice is nice and easy and I can hear the emotion in his voice. This laid back voice helps me mentally visualize the main characters humor, sarcasm and over all nature in the a very interesting way. I love that. I hope that Sean is the voice of all the future books I plan to download.
I most definitely wanted to but with all the animals and kids in my home this makes it hard. That's ok because I will definitely listen to it again and find hidden treasures or parts that I might have missed because my son is gaming and yelling at his computer half the time.
It's a dog lovers must have book!
"Amazing and Exciting presentation of worms"
I would absolutely listen to this again. It's absolutely fascinating. I have learned a lot and have a new perspective on worms!
The story was very personal so I felt connected to the author, Darwin, and the other people (including the worm people and by that I mean worms as people). Considering I have ADHD and it's hard for me to sit still I didn't want to leave or stop the book because it was presented in this way.
It was all very fascinating although I did enjoy hearing about Darwin and the Authors love of the worm.
This book made me extremely happy. I'm glad I'm not the only animal nut. I say animal nut because it is hard to find people who think about animals on this level. I appreciated the extreme consideration and detail to attention given to the worm in this book.
There is a lot of beneficial information and a good perspective given on the worm. It takes someone who has spent a lot of time on a subject and has a passion for understanding the intercate details. The author did an absolutely amazing job of showing me both. This makes me confident the knowledge she is passing on is well informed and has nothing but the best intentions. This is not to mention I spent some time looking up facts for myself.
Great job Amy Stewart!
