southern, sweet, murder
Nora Roberts is a strong writer whether writing as herself or as J.D. Robb. This story went well until then end when it seemed like she go board with the story and just kind of told you who done it.
I really enjoyed the first two books in this series but this one was just okay. Little action or the fun commentary that I can to expect with the first books.
The first story spent a lot of time building a background for a larger novel but then they just ended the story with no clear explanation. The second story was better. It actually told a complete story. The third story would have been better if it was a complete story. It ended abruptly as well. I am still trying to get through the last story and while I can see the potential for our world going as crazy as their virtual world, it is depressing and I am not enjoying the story. I am very glad that it was free or only a dollar or two. I would be very very upset if I had wasted a credit on purchasing it.
BY Jay Lake, Probably not.
By Elizabeth Bear- Yes- She was able to tell a complete story.
By John Scalzi- the story had a good beginning but didn't finish well. It just kind of ended.
The story just stops but it isn't completed
It had the beginnings of a story but the story isn't completed
fast, sad, loyal
It made me cry because I know someone like the gray man who is disconnected but still cares a great deal
