    I have just listened to it completely. Like his other works, it is something that I can use immediately. It is a wonderful representation of what selling should be. The area on helping others is a very good way to look at selling. It makes me think the I am very important in helping others find solutions to their problems. I sell promotional products. Everything in his book points to helping others, and is applicable to my profession.

    What Don said is very good and useful. However, I was personally looking for something more motivational. However, his presentation was pragmatic and gave several things to ponder. I have been a public speaker for over thirty years. His suggestion on segmentation and limitations were great.

Each time I pick up something new and usable. I intend to make the Little Red Book a constant in my reading and listening. Not only have I learned a lot, but I am incorporating what I learn in my work.
