He challenges traditional traditional thinking and encapulates a desire for salespersons to be the best. Along with practical application he motivates you to become the best that is possible -- to rise above the crowd. It means working hard, very hard as working smart.
It shows you how to meet your goals an surpass them and to make greater sterides than you would have thought possible.
The methodolgy espoused here is as relivent today as it was when first written. It teaches how to have great relations in all areas of lifel.

I am a fan of Jeffrey Gitomer. I have read and listened to most of his work. He gives you practical applications and motivation to aspire to the top of the selling profession. This book is a spinoff of the "Little Red Book of Selling>" It expands on both the practical application and motivation to do our best in all that we do. Greatnes can be achieved thru selling -- a caring relational selling.
This is one of the best programs that is available.

What Don said is very good and useful. However, I was personally looking for something more motivational. However, his presentation was pragmatic and gave several things to ponder. I have been a public speaker for over thirty years. His suggestion on segmentation and limitations were great.
I have purchased his hard bound books in addition to the audible downloads. I have listened to The Little Red Book twice, and to the Sales Bible once. Each time I pick up something new and usable. I intend to make the Little Red Book a constant in my reading and listening. Not only have I learned a lot, but I am incorporating what I learn in my work.
