When history professor Alison Carter became a consultant to the film version of the Wild West legend she’d dedicated her career to researching, she couldn’t possibly have known that she would not only get a front-row seat to a full-blown Hollywood circus but would innocently witness something that would put her life in peril. Nor did she expect that a tall stranger in a cowboy hat would turn the movie — and her world — completely upside down.

What would have made Infamous better?

Pick just one plot. Or maybe pick one main problem. No wonder this guy was seeing ghosts. With that many things going on he needed all the help he could get.

Would you ever listen to anything by Suzanne Brockmann again?

    no

What aspect of Angela Dawe and Patrick Lawlor ’s performance would you have changed?

The whole thing was like being apart of a bipolar nightmare while trying to make it a romance.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Infamous?

Start at 1 minute and cut till one minute before it ended.

    Any additional comments?

I know the above answers are brutal but I fought really hard to try to get into the book. But this story dealt with to many serious issues and then tried to be cute-sy. It just ended up being something that my friends and I would have written 20 years ago in Jr High. Then to throw in a ghost that was like a Jimmy Cricket was horrible. I made it through half the book and finaly gave up. I have friends who are bi-polar and this book was like talking to them as they went on and off thier medication. I love my friends and this good had good points but it was just a painful experience. Both of the Narators did male female voices and it was again a good effort but JUST PAINFULL!Was this book written by one person? There were so many diffrent issues, stories and conflicts I felt like I was listening to three books and or authors all at the same time.

MacKayla Lane's life is good. She has great friends, a decent job, and a car that breaks down only every other week or so. In other words, she's your perfectly ordinary 21st-century woman. Or so she thinks...until something extraordinary happens.

What didn’t you like about Joyce Bean’s performance?

Everytime she did her voice for Jericho I kept seeing this creepy little Leprichan type guy. There was nothing appealing about the voice. I could see the guy that Mac discribed but the voice.... I would see red hair, green suit, 5 foot or smaller playing in a pot of gold. At least Mac wore a rainbow dress when she went to the "Vampire's" house. Oh wait that is proving my point

Did Darkfever inspire you to do anything?

    Hate Leprecauns
