"SECOND BOOK SYNDROME"
No- I was disappointed.
I was looking forward to this book, and did enjoy it somewhat, but it was nowhere near as good as the first book,
Good narration.
Yes- to be suspicious of trilogy series
"Adolescent Self indulgent Fantasy"
No- I found it irritating that the author fulfilled whatever Sherlock Holmes fantasy she has by changing Holmes into a whiny, toothless character, astonished at the brilliance of her main (adolescent self) character.
I think the author writes well, but this book was a mistake.
Self-indulgent fantasy character- see above

"Good read"
Yes. It's a gentle book, accepting of all its characters' quirks and gently read. I was sorry it ended.
no
"Indian Poirot"
The use of idioms, isn't it?
It is on par with many other good mysteries, with a slightly exotic flair.
The women's group being robbed.
"Crime Humor"
Not sure.
I love the whole gang, especially Dortmunder and May.
Dortmunder is always my favorite, but I also love the topics of discussion among the regular patrons of the bar.
"Hard boiled mystery with a soft Irish touch"
Yes. I enjoyed the characters, the plot and the lovely Irish voice.
"Victorian Forrest Gump"
Quite possibly.
I love Terry Pratchett's little descriptions that are quietly hilarious.
This was my second time hearing him, and I would buy other books he narrates.
"Love it!"
Yes, I already have. It's funny, and a romantic mystery, and wonderfully written and narrated.
