This is a terrible choice for audio! It is a reference book, plain and simple - as a printed book, you can look up whatever you need to know, when you need to know it. That doesn't work with audio, and since there is no story it's a major yawn. Imagine listening to the dictionary...

This was my first Moore book, and I think I am now a diehard fan! This was total, glorious escapist fiction. I have an art background, which is what originally drew me to the story, but I don't think it was really necessary to know anything about art to follow the story. The characters are alive, hilarious, and self-explanatory. I literally couldn't turn it iff until it was over, and I'm sure I will listen again.

Good story, but the absolute worst imitation of American accents ever. Very distracting and extremely annoying. He does OK with the upper class accents, but kevin and Joe are horrible parodies of working class speech, and a bit insulting. Other than the spotty narration, this book was good escapist story telling.

I have 3 hypnosis programs, and this is the only one that completely works every time. It always puts me to sleep, but I always feel better after I use it - stronger, too.

This book closely resembles the TV series of the name "Dexter", although the ending is quite a new and different twist in the ongoing saga of the murederous, good guy, blood spatter expert. The story was ruined for me, however, by the disgusting juicy, smacking and swallowing noises coming from the throat of the narrator. It was truly a struggle to get through this one. I will never get another book with this narrator.
