The Audie Award-winning follow-up to the Pulitzer Prize-winning memoir Angela's Ashes is now available unabridged and once again it is read by the author! Listen to what the critics are calling "a hard-nosed but lyrical conclusion to the story begun in Angela's Ashes" and "a refreshing Frank McCourt."

Stanley says: "A second delightful helping"

Would you consider the audio edition of 'Tis to be better than the print version?

I have not read the print version of 'Tis but I enjoyed listening to the author read his own story.

Which character – as performed by Frank McCourt – was your favorite?

My favorite character I think would have to be Mam.

Why we think it’s a great listen: There’s no gentle way to put this – Frank McCourt’s performance of Angela’s Ashes is just better than the Pulitzer Prize-winning book. Frank McCourt shares his sometimes heartwarming, sometimes heartbreaking story of growing up poor, Irish, and Catholic in the Pulitzer Prize-winning memoir Angela's Ashes.

Karen says: "A classic book *and* a classic audiobook"
"Captured my heart from the very first word!"

What made the experience of listening to Angela's Ashes the most enjoyable?

    The narrator (Frank McCourt)

What did you like best about this story?

The story took me through every emotion possible - heartache, humor, anger, happiness...

    Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene was every occasion when young Frank McCourt gives his view on life which is formed from the preaching of all the Irish/Catholic adults in his daily world.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    Absolutely
