George Carlin in his own words.

After buying this title I was somewhat disappointed that most of the material is straight from his stand ups. Being an owner of some of Carlin's recorded live performances I found very little fresh material in this audiobook. My lower rating is only due to the lack of fresh material. I would recommend this title to anyone who doesn't already own his live recordings.

Bloody Meat Grinder

Mark Boyett is a great performer who continues to breathe life into characters in yet another Star force novel.

"Rebellion" keeps the action coming. Rigg's Pigs are in for another bloodbath in V.B Larson's third installment of the "Star force" series. If you've made it this far you know the score, and life for Star Force Marines is about to get worse. Book 3 does a good job of adding more humor, drama, and gore into the mix without slowing things down. Better than book 2.

If you like old school action where the main character kicks butt and gets the girl, this is probably a good series for you. If you're looking for complex characters, dialogue, or scientific theory, you might want to save your credit.

If "Swarm: Star Force, Book 1" picked you up and wouldn't put you down, "Extinction: Star Force, Book 2" will inject you with Nanos. V.B. Larson does a great job of creating a world where action is king, and one suicidal man is just crazy enough to try filling the leading role. This is a fast paced, fun read that doesn't take itself too seriously. It's sprinkled with science, space, and tech, but keeps things flowing.

I don't think so. The Historian has a fun concept, but was a little slow for my taste.

The characters come to life fairly well.

The author does a decent job of building up anticipation; however I found myself putting this book down more than others in the genre. If you're looking for a casual listen, enjoy old books, and vampires... you should pick up a copy of The Historian.

This book might be great for anyone suffering from clinical OCD.

The author should have taken out the trash. Instead of making a point in a single sentence the author beats his topics to death over long stretches of time.

If you think this book might have value to you, check it out from the library before you decide to buy. The audible sample snippet is the only interesting moment in the first 32 minutes of this title. In the first 45 minutes the reader learns that they're not their stuff and that it's okay to get rid of an extra copy of a book.
