"Frozen Heat by Richard Castle"
Top
The action and suspense - knowing the basic characters from the tv sitcom helped my imagination while listening to the audio.
When Nicki realized the suitcase they had just found a murder victim in was the same suitcase she had as a child and with her initials carved in the side. The same suitcase in fact that her mother's killer had stolen many years earlier.
I was surprised that the end of the story was left open
"Book was better to Read"
No listening to this book was hard because the reader had a California bally girl accent with a hi note on the end of every sentence. I bought the whole Triology and only listened to the first chapter befor I couldn't take it anymore. I needed my own imagination putting voices to characters. Actually read the books non stop after making the mistake of buying the audio.

I think all 3 of the Fifty Shades Books could have been written much better by leaving out so many of the crazy sex stuff and spent more time on the stories - like the crazy girl wanting to kill him or the crazy man wanting to kill her. There were good story plots but could have had better romance without the detailed sex that seemed totally surreal.
Don't listen to this one - read it! Then you can skip pages and get back to the good parts and I don't mean the stupid red room of pain.
