All over the world, brutal attacks are crippling entire cities. Jackson Oz, a young biologist, watches the escalating events with an increasing sense of dread. When he witnesses a coordinated lion ambush in Africa, the enormity of the violence to come becomes terrifyingly clear. With the help of ecologist Chloe Tousignant, Oz races to warn world leaders before it's too late. The attacks are growing in ferocity, cunning, and planning, and soon there will be no place left for humans to hide.

Would you consider the audio edition of Zoo to be better than the print version?

yes and no. Both have great qualities.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Attila because I felt sympathetic for him. Similar to humans but not quite the same. In a cage but allowed to be free also. I saw he really did not want to hurt anyone but could not help it, nature finally took over and he became what he was meant to be.. a wild animal.

Which character – as performed by Jay Snyder – was your favorite?

    Attla, same as above

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

yes, it was hard to stop.

  • Go the F--k to Sleep

    • UNABRIDGED (6 mins)

Academy Award nominee Samuel L. Jackson (Pulp Fiction) rocks this mock bedtime story, capturing a hilarious range of emotions as the voice of a father struggling to get his child to sleep. Go the F**k to Sleep is a bedtime book for parents who live in the real world, where a few snoozing kitties and cutesy rhymes don’t always send a toddler sailing blissfully off to dreamland.

Would you consider the audio edition of Go the F--k to Sleep to be better than the print version?

    yes

Who was your favorite character and why?

    Samuel L. Jackson

Have you listened to any of Samuel L. Jackson’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

    no

If you could take any character from Go the F--k to Sleep out to dinner, who would it be and why?

Samuel L. Jackson.. he was true and completely believable as a parent and he knows exactly what we think but (probably) would not say!

    Any additional comments?

    Great book, great performance!
