Todd O'Malley has been called many things, from filthy mouthed jerk to legendary Rock God. With his outlandish cocky demeanor – tatted up and pierced, compared in looks to Adam Levine – his constant use of the F-bomb, and the seductive gyrations he performs for the ladies on stage, affirm he is a man every woman craves. But there is only one woman who is able to capture his heart, Kyra Edwards. That chance meeting at a little coffee shop in Evanston began their journey of compromise, pain, dedication and love.

    Any additional comments?

I was provided this audiobook through Audiobook Boom at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator in exchange for an unbiased review.

I wish I had the background of listening to the Out Of Box series but this is the first I meet Todd and Kyra. For a short story, it was pretty good. I didn't feel the narrator's voice fit the person of Todd. He had a more country feel, IMO. I'm not a fan of the songs in the middle, either. No way was it what I imagined.

    One Thumb Up here.

I was gifted this book for an honest review.

I didn't like Chris in the beginning. He was self absorbed in his redemption through monetary wealth. He's a market analyzer and is currently involved in a pharmaceutical company's new drug. He sees Gina every day but doesn't remember her. Gina has autism and has agreed to take part in a medicinal test. She remembers to the day the last time she saw him and the tragedy that separated the families. As part of her therapy, she introduces herself. Chris remembers her disability but is intrigued by her honest straightforwardness and asks her to a company function to avoid a clingy date. What he wasn't expecting was to witness this socially handicapped girl to begin experiencing and interacting with the world around her. Her innocence and excitement draws him back into his family and love, all the while giving the same to Gina. When the drug company's trial ends and the drug is no longer available, Gina's new found confidence is lost, jeopardizing everything.

Narration is great, although s bit fast in the beginning, but the pace soon evens out. Gender variations are super!

    Two thumbs up!

I was given a copy of this audiobook, requesting an honest review.

Eric Asher must have lived through this adventure to write such a complex and minutely detailed account of this fantastic fantasy conflict. Our hero, Damien, rose from a confused boy to a necromancer with questionable powers in the first three books. I admit that I can't remember everything from the first three, but as I listened to these next three installments, my memory was refreshed. Damien grows in power and becomes the hope for a war that can end in either darkness and its followers taking over the world or, at the very least, keeping mortals safe and, once again, dividing the two worlds. The many characters stay true and are very well developed. The action NEVER stops yet the story continues to flow seamlessly.

I want to say this above everything... Damien's dialog is phenomenal. He's inherently devoted to his friends and family so he fumbles forward with only fleeting thoughts for his own safety. His thoughts are so sincerely blunt and funny, everyone can and will connect with him.

William Dufris cannot be matched in his excellent narration. There are more than several characters that span 6 books now and he manages to not only keep their voices distinct, but to never fail in making their dialogue sound totally real. Geez! Top job ever!

If you like fast action, no holds barred Fantasy... This series is for you. Be aware that you must start with book one. Oh! and the series does not end here.

This is the first time I’ve ever said that a book over 10 hours should have been longer or made into two parts. There is so much this story has to offer by expanding on Aura’s home beginnings, the first time she met Thorn, Thorn’s dreams, her father’s devotion... So much to this touching and slow build love story.

PAUL WOODSON! Granted, a female is usually the lead for a book like this but Paul was just wonderful.

Liked it. What was different was the depth written about the women in Calvin’s less significant relationships. It solidified the fact that he really did try to be honest, upfront and care about those who entered his life. Although the story structure reminded me of a day to day journal, it still had the emotions, edge of danger, and HEA needed for a good listen.

I’ve heard Rodney's narration before and he’s very good. Great sexy voice and because he wrote it, he knows it. Best combo ever!

Entertaining story about Marian, a diligent assistant who gets a chance to prove her company value when her superior blunders the society niceties during a foreign business meeting. Her overseas partner, Omar, is captivated by her beauty and her business knowledge and supports her as she takes over a job not normally held by a woman. There is mutual attraction and respect but Omar is suffering from survival guilt over the loss of his wife to cancer.

As with all Leslie North’s Sheikh romances, this is an easy listen and amusing, sexy story with some touching moments. Always a HEA.

I like Craig Van Ness’ voice. It has a young quality and he doesn’t overplay his female voices.

My heart was pounding in the first chapter and felt grief and fear that carried me through the adventure Aestrid was thrown into. My opinion? Listen to this book if you love historical romance. No disappointments here.

I’m a fan of male narration for romance and Greg Patmore didn’t fail me. He was perfect.

When I joined the force after coming back from the sandbox, I didn't expect my day-to-day life would be anything but routine. It wasn't. I was barely more than a rookie when I was tapped to go undercover with some biker gang made up of other veterans...the "Boneyard Brotherhood" they called themselves. While my partner, Tara, posed as my "pretend girlfriend", we were tasked with finding evidence the sheriff could use to convict the members. It seemed easy enough. It wasn't though. Things soon got complicated, both at the Boneyard and between Tara and me.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

This is one of those books that I wish was twice as long. Not because it needed it but because I really liked the characters and the world. Chase was a veteran suffering from mild PTSD and felt the routine of the police force was close enough to military life to keep it in check. He was the only one to fit a profile for undercover work among supposed felony MC clubs so, although he was a relative rookie, he was groomed for the infiltration and his new partner Tara was to play his woman. The Boneyard Brotherhood didn’t turn out to be what Chase expected. It was a club that helped veterans, and the community, ran a legit business and paid taxes so he was undercover for over a year looking for anything illegal. By that time, he was more at home at the Boneyard with his veteran brothers than on the force and Tara had become more than a partner on the beat but one that beat in his heart. Decisions had to be made because no MC is totally above the law.

Perfect Narration by Gideon Welles. Great Story. Slow burn love and a HEA.

He is very kind and sincerely wants to help her as she weaves her story and that only makes her feel bad and fall for his genuineness.

Very short so it jumps right in. FBI partners in love but with one being married, their feelings can’t be expressed. Tragedy hits and Carly and she finds sympathy in Phillip. He is in a bad marriage and soon finds out why. He and Carly now have a life and death problem to face.

Interesting premise that starts out with little to no hope for romance and makes such a sudden twist that begs for a longer book with more background. Nonetheless, it’s fun and keeps the pace up to the end.

Rose O’Toole does a fine job!

I love Kassiopia’s narratives and she did a great job with this short, but, well, unusual love story. There isn’t a steep cliffhanger but it obviously hasn't ended so I suspect more to the series.

Severe warning: This is dark, as in “snuff fascination” that begins with the main character as a boy, fascinated with killing animals. That was hard for me to listen to as I work with animal rescue organizations, BUT it is reality. BONE is revealed later as Chris’ personality develops and he meets Maude. Maude is a good girl but is fascinated, almost obsessed, with death and torture so when Chris meets her, he feels he has finally found someone to share his deepest secrets with.

Performance is a total success. Story is OMG creepy and leaves me wondering what will happen to these two and do they deserve it?

Turning Up a Thumb; not raising it high, though.
