Austen’s classic tale of love and values in the class-conscious England of the late 18th century is her most beloved. The story follows Elizabeth Bennet, one of five sisters, as she deals with issues of manners, upbringing, morality, education, and marriage in landed-gentry society. One of the most popular novels of all time. Has been adapted to countless variations for the screen.

    T. Vega says: "Victoria McGee pulls off the tone of the story"
"Great narration on a classic tale, great price"

Where does Pride and Prejudice rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

    One of my all-time favorites

Who was your favorite character and why?

Elizabeth Bennett, of course, she is smart, funny, noble, and easy to relate to as a young woman trying to find her heart's desire.

What about Victoria Mcgee’s performance did you like?

She has a lovely voice as a narrator and the distinct voices for each character made this story really come to life.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

no, it's too long for that. But I did listen to it every chance I got.

    Any additional comments?

I did notice a couple of editing errors toward the end, but it was nothing damaging to the story. Plus, this version had a great price on audible.
