Fans of the #1 bests eller Sh*t My Dad Says will recognize the always patient voice of Justin Halpern's dad as it crackles through this hysterical new audiobook. The story begins when Justin announces that he's decided to propose to his girlfriend. "You've been dating her for four years," his dad replies. "It ain't like you found a parallel fucking universe."

Jay says: "Funny but nowhere like the the first book."

If you could sum up I Suck at Girls in three words, what would they be?

    So freakin hilarious!

What other book might you compare I Suck at Girls to and why?

Only his other book "sh*t my dad says".

What does Sean Schemmel bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The voices are great. They add to the humor of the book.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Warning: Sporadic uncontrollable laughter may occur. A lot

    Any additional comments?

I need more Justin Halpern books. It's hard to find a truly funny book, perfectly paired with a hilarious narrator.

From the experience of her own difficult pregnancy, MTV star Jenny McCarthy has fashioned the best-selling pregnancy/childbirth book of the last several decades. A delightful mixture of raw humor and serious advice, Belly Laughs tells you what you can really expect when you're expecting. Every imaginable topic related to pregnancy is covered, including whole chapters on morning sickness ("Barf-O-Rama"), cellulite gain, baby kicks, dreams, water retention, hot flashes, and more.

What disappointed you about Belly Laughs?

It wasn't funny at all. I'd heard that it was funny, being a mother of two I looked forward to reading these. The narrator was ALL wrong.

What do you think your next listen will be?

    Sheryl Sandberg's book

How did the narrator detract from the book?

She was way way too serious, wrong voice. Lacked humor and had a way of emphasizing what was supposed to be humorous so the listener would laugh. She failed. Miserably.

What character would you cut from Belly Laughs?

The narrator is probably all that should be cut.

    Any additional comments?

GET RID OF THAT NARRATOR!!!!!! Jenny McCarthy should have read it herself.

Jeremy Marsh is the ultimate young New Yorker. He's also an expert on debunking the supernatural. When he receives a letter from Boone Creek, North Carolina, about ghostly lights appearing in a cemetery, he can't resist driving down to investigate. Here, in this tightly knit community, Lexie Darnell runs the town's library. Disappointed by past relationships, she is sure of one thing: her future is in Boone Creek, close to all the people she loves.

What disappointed you about True Believer?

The narration was awkward, the "accents' were horrible and the music at chapter ends/beginnings made no sense.

What do you think your next listen will be?

    Not positive

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of David Aaron Baker?

It needed a woman for the female parts, and a natural southern accent wouldn't have hurt.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from True Believer?

The interactions with the mayor are odd.

    Any additional comments?

The narration is just horrible, the man doing all of the female voices doesn't work. The accents attempted are grating and annoying. The music placed in the beginning and ends of chapters doesn't make sense and is not necessary. I normally love Nicholas Sparks but can't listen to this anymore.
