Annabelle is tired of being the lone failure in a family of overachievers. She's endured dead-end jobs and a broken engagement. But that's going to change now that she's taken over her late grandmother's matchmaking business. All Annabelle has to do is land the Windy City's hottest bachelor as her client, and she'll be the most sought-after matchmaker in town.

I absolutely loved this book. It takes you on a fantastic roller coaster of emotions and you can't help but feel attached to the characters. This was my first SEP book, but will be reading more, I'm hooked!

Not your typical boring diet book, this is a tart-tongued, no-holds-barred wakeup call to all women who want to be thin. With such blunt advice as "soda is liquid Satan" and "you are a total moron if you think the Atkins Diet will make you thin", it's a rallying cry for all savvy women to start eating healthy and looking radiant. Unlike standard diet books, it actually makes the reader laugh out loud with its truthful, smart-mouthed revelations.

Erica Marie says: "I stopped drinking soda immediately after"
"Don't buy for a diet book!"

After reading this book I had to go back and read the description to see if it mentioned the author had a vendetta against American agriculture which our country has survived on from the beginning. I bought this thinking it had something to do with a great diet, but really the authors used it as a soapbox for their activist views. I am not and ever will be a Vegan, which should be a warning on the book, and I do support agriculture which is the backbone of this country.
Pass on this book if you're looking for a great diet book with helpful tips. Bitchy it is if that is what you want.
