This book got me so excited about Byron Katie's "The Work," that I had to download her audiobook, "Loving What is." This book, like many other related books paint a beautiful picture of what living in the moment is all about. However, this book doesn't explain how to do that. This book is great, but if you are looking for the process, just jump ahead to "Loving What is," by Bryon Katie.
I absolutely loved this book. It was a life changer for me. Byron Katie has given me a tool that I can use to end my suffering. I have spent the past year reading over a 100 books (some of them great), and there was always something missing for me. I didn't know how to make my life as wonderful as the lives that were being painted in so many books about living in the now. Byron Katie's, "The Work," is exactly what I needed. Every time a stressful thought appears, I ask 4 questions and turn it around. It is so simple and so powerful. This audiobook was also a very effective format, with a brief introduction of the process followed by real examples of people going through their situations using the questioning technique. It was more valuable for me to hear those people dive into their thoughts than just having the technique explained.
