I was completely fascinated from start to finish. What a great tale. I will never hear "Ponzi scheme" the same way again.
The narrator is really hard to listen to in this mildly interesting book. It is a bummer. I have not been this excited about a book in a long time.
This book was not remotely interesting. The author seems to to just read ingredients to everything in the supermarket. After five minutes, I got it. Eat fresh organic food. I am a big fan of Michael Pollan. This was nothing like him.
I LOVE this book. Fascinating look behind the scenes of Eisner's reign at Disney. You really feel like an insider. Great book.
This is an excellent view in to the world of elections. Game change was very good but I actually thought this was better. If you like politics, you will LOVE this book!
There was a lot I did not know about Pixar before this book. It is an interesting if pretty straightforward account. It only chronicles up through the Disney acquisition. I would love to hear an updated version. Overall, very interesting.
Not at all impressed with this book. The author seems very full of himself. I was hoping to learn more about the works of magic but it approaches the subject like anyone who believes anything is an idiot. Actually, everyone is an idiot. I could not make a connection with this book.
This book made me feel like I was there. A big thumbs-up to the narrator who succesfully took on the characters without being over-dramatic. The story is honest and touching and very funny. I highly recommend.
I love Greg Gutfeld. I bought the book thinking he would narrate. I should have looked. Gutfeld has such a great, distinct voice that hearing someone else read felt forced and disingenuous. After a few chapters, I couldn't listen anymore.
I felt like the narrator really got in the way. It was like Mary Poppins reading to me. Very distracting. The story should have been really interesting but I found it dry and boring. Not impressed.
Bill O'Reilly cuts through all the nonsense and gives the straight story behind the Kennedy assassination. Well researched and fascinating. Great book.
