One of the best books I have listened to in quite a while. This is a wonderful story of the enduring strength of the human spirit. I found myself anxiously waiting for the next time I could listen.
It is a love story as well as a historical war story. This author puts a very human face on the war in the South Pacific and you get a peek at the clash of cultures that went on during WWII.
I loved the characters and finished the book wishing for more.
I would ask for more of a sense of suspsense. I found myself looking forward to the story being over so I could go on to something else.
It was as expected and ordinary as the rest of the book.
She did a good job of creating the personalities of each of the characters.
Cinder is a good person who has remained true to herself even though she is treated badly by the culture she lives in.
The mystery of who Cinder really is.
I am really looking forward to the next installment of Cinder's story.
