"I've read better"
I thought the book had to much pchyco-babble and not enough advice on showing you how to acually get it done. It still leaves you to pretty much figure out the tactics and stratagies on getting referal marketing rolling on your own.
"For extreme beginners"
This is fair information. He is not a good reader. The info is very generic and doesn't give much detail. And it is mostly for those interested in getting started "flipping", buying and reselling, houses and multifamily properties. There is better info out there. A lot of sales pitch to get you to his coaching program and to buy his other products.
"More of a self help, than a business book"
I am not into self help books and all of there phcyco-babble but this one is not to bad and i acually learned a little from it and i think we all learn as children how to be "enchanting" to get what we want. But a pretty well written book
"So So"
I wasnt impressed with the "Think and Grow Rich" book. With all the hype that sorrounds this book you would think it was the best business and sales book since sliced bread, it's not all that and is mostly a bunch of pchyco-babble and i didnt find anything really useful in the real world as far as running a business goes
"Pretty good"
this book has some stories and stories dont always tell you how to get it done but overall i thought this book gave out enough real world usable avice to be worth the read
"Very good and usable advice"
Dave has done a fine jod and there is a lot of real world wisdom in here and the book tells you things you can acually do not just super generic advice that no one can figure out how to put into practice. Very little pchyco-babble
"Real world , usable, advice"
Not alot of pchyco-babble like a lot of books. It has stuff a business owner can acually use
"Nothing new"
Nothing new and lots of Psychobabble. I dont think it has much relevant information even for a beginner like me
"No real world advice"
No real world advice that a high school student wouldnt already know. It just rambles on about very basic information
"Good ideas"
I liked it but a little vauge
