Jack Welch lifted GE from a conglomerate with a market value of about $12 billion to one of the world's largest and most widely-admired companies, with a market value of more than $500 billion. In Jack, the author reveals the strategies and philosophies that put him at the top.

A great story of how Jack came to lead GE, and how GE changed over the years to improve. If you're looking for the human story of Jack Welch, you'll be listening to a lot of talk about the business in between those moments. If you're looking for the story of Jack Welch, and his insights and lessons learned from running GE, then you really want to listen to this. My impression of GE has changed considerably after listening, and I'm going to dive into learning about Six Sigma after seeing what it has done for GE.
It's not simple to lead a large organization, but I derive some confidence after hearing the stories of the various people at GE that, in my career, by sticking to principles, and staying creative and flexible, that I can go as far as I choose to.
The unabridged is definitely worth the extra time to listen to....

Advanced Energy Anatomy guides you to a new understanding of how archetypes and other unconscious forces relate to problems of health, addiction, self-esteem, and victimhood, while opening you to partnership with the divine power that makes everything in life possible. It is "so well organized and intimately expressed," says AudioFile, "that repeated listening and sharing with friends will be hard to resist."

There are a lot of reasons why one wouldn't relate to this presentation. One might be dogmatically attached to one particular version of religious "truth." Or one might not be aware of all things (or anything) spiritual, and still be too grounded in the physical. But I don't expect that many people thinking about trying this recording fall into those categories. If you don't, and if you're thinking of trying to open up to perspectives that value our individual manifestations of Spirit, then I highly recommend this recording.

There have been as many ways to try to divide up and explain spirituality as there have been religions and cultures in history. This presents one more way to look at things, one more way to categorize the energies and intuitions we all have in a way that helps us understand how they work. In that sense, this isn't the ONE answer to everything that's wrong with our lives, any more than any set of ideas can be the ONE answer for everyone. But I have no doubt that this is a set of concepts, ideas, descriptions, archtypes, etc. that provides very real understanding and if used along with one's personal sense of connectedness to Spirit can smooth rough waters and give paths to finding out what we're here for.

It's a tool, like any other, and it won't change your life unless you use it. But is it worth checking out? Is it worth the price? Definitely.
