I love Crichton but this was just bad.
I loved this story. Kate Mulgrew read the best book I have listened to on Audible. She was amazing and really brought the story to life. I felt like I was watching a movie. I run while listening and just got truly lost in the story telling. I can't wait to listen to another Joe Hill story. I sure hope Kate does more of his readings.
I enjoyed this book. I listen to a lot of books and can find issues is all of them. This isn't the best Coben but worth a listen and I would recommend this one.
This was not too bad. It felt like two different books. It bounced around between the World's Fair and a murder mystery. I enjoyed both sides and learned to appreciate the history of Chicago.
Ok, so I love history but this was more of a 50 Shades of Gray in 1914. The book was overall fine but very long and read more like a soap opera at the end of the day. I don't know if I will pick-up book II or not.
I never read the Harry Potter books but always appreciated JK. This was so much fun and really different. It was very smart to pen this under R.Galbraith.
Book 1 was just the set-up and I didn't really care for it but book II is great. I can't wait to get to the next book and very pleased I listened to the Drawing of Three.
This book was very odd and for the most part boring. I would not recommend this one.
I like science fiction but this didn't make any since to me. I felt the second half of the book improved but still not very good. The story was too complicated and really tried to be deep but missed the mark.
I do not recommend this book. I don't understand why so many people recommend it.
The rule is if you ever need a good book just buy a John Grisham story. This was great! It was fast moving and one of his best.
