The story line follows the past books well, and introduces the kinds of things kids sometimes have to deal with in school. The story was very engaging.
The solution to the mystery.
He is a staple to the Theodore Boone books, they wouldn't be the same without his voice for characterization.
It was hard to put down, I had to listen through the whole thing in one sitting.
The story is very slow to start, it took far too long to get the characters off the ground and the actual meat of the story going. Once it got going it is ok, but is not nearly as good as other courtroom set stories. Overall I would say this story needs a couple of crutches to help it along.
It was not necessary to use the strong language that this book contains, the story did not benefit at all by the use of strong language.
The reader did a fairly good job of voice performance, he was limited by the story mostly.
A bit disappointed, I almost stopped listening and because I was driving without anything else to hear, I kept on, at least it was keeping me awake. It finally got going, but it was not any trouble for me to stop listening, wasn't as captivating as some that I've heard.
The story is good, however there are parts of it that could be cleaner, not as graphic and still have the great story it is supposed to be.
It is suspenseful all the way through, it keeps you on the edge of your seat.
Language is a bit harsh, doesn't have to have strong language to still be a great book.
Book was as billed, pure suspense to the end!
J.D. has a voice that fits the characters of the book perfectly, it's not like others that have to try to sound right, he fits!!
Exciting, Engaging, CLEAN!!
It has a continuing flow that draws you into the book, you just can't quit listening!!
