Sheryl Sandberg - Facebook COO, ranked eighth on Fortune's list of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business - has become one of America's most galvanizing leaders, and an icon for millions of women juggling work and family. In Lean In, she urges women to take risks and seek new challenges, to find work that they love, and to remain passionately engaged with it at the highest levels throughout their lives.

What made the experience of listening to Lean In the most enjoyable?

Dear Sheryl, Thank you for this wonderful book. This was truly what i needed to hear right now. I'm a stay-at-home mom and i'm looking toward re-entering the work force within the next few years. I loved listening to this while I do the dishes and cook dinner ;) I'm pretty confident so no worries there.... On the other hand I need to keep in mind my own stereotypes about women as I am raising two girls. Thanks for the reality check.

What about Elisa Donovan’s performance did you like?

She sounds very sweet, which is a great way to contradict the stereotypes surrounding successful women. I'm sure it was intentional.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

So many. The point about sitting at the table, being in leadership positions in order to propose simple changes that will help women, feeling like a fraud, ... and on and on.
